What are the ongoing costs?

Standard costs (all websites): Hosting ($10-20/month) and domain registration ($10-15/year) paid directly to your providers. AI Assistant: Usage-based costs of $20-100/month for most small businesses, depending on conversation volume. We'll help you monitor and optimize usage. Optional upgrades: Advanced form features (file uploads, spam protection, higher volumes) start at $15/month.

Are support plans required?

No, support plans are completely optional and you can cancel anytime with no penalties or long-term contracts. Web Starter includes 30 days of support, Starter + AI includes 45 days, and Web Pro includes 60 days. After that, continued support is available for updates, maintenance, and future improvements as your business grows.
